Plant Science to tackle climate change

SPS-CEPLAS 2024 Summer School for Early Stage Researchers: Plant science to tackle climate change

Agriculture is one of the main victims, but also one of the main culprits of climate change. In this context, in order to better grasp the key concepts of this problematic as well as to further consider the future actions to take, the SPS (Saclay Plant Science, France) and CEPLAS (Cluster of Excellence on Plant Sciences, Germany) networks organize a joint Summer School entitled “Plant Science to tackle climate change”. This event offers theoretical modules and workshops animated by internationally recognized experts. Coordinated by Michael Hodges, leader of the MetaboActions team at IPS2, the school will take place from June 16 to June 21, 2024 at Saint-Lambert-des-bois, in the south-west suburbs of Paris. It is intended for a motivated audience of young scientists. Applications are open until March 4, 2024. More information can be obtained by visiting the Summer School 2024 webpages.
