CATdb
Transcriptomic data from Arabidopsis and other plants
CATdb provides transcriptome analyses performed by the POPS platform at IPS2 (see SPOMICS), describing experimental designs, samples, treatments and differential analyses for several plant species. The GEM2Netmodule provides access to meta-analyses of Arabidopsis thaliana transcriptome under various stress conditions.
CATdb will not be accessible from May 15th to May 18th, 2026. We apologize for the inconvenience.
GEM2Net will not be accessible from June 1st to June 3rd, 2026. We apologize for the inconvenience.
