The IPS2 transcriptOmic Platform:  Design upstream to analyse downstream

The POPS platform has been committed since 2008 to implementing a quality management system that meets the requirements of the international ISO9001 standard.

This commitment is highlighted by ISO 9001 certification since 2012 with a transition to the 2015 version of the standard in 2017 followed by the renewal of the certification  in 2021.

The scope of certification applies to all the activities of the platform: "Development, realizations and expertise in plant transcriptomics". Thus, the 3 major axes of our platform: the integrated custom service, development and scientific training and animation, are covered by our quality management system.

The involvement of all platform members in this approach reflects our desire to fulfill the expectations of our collaborators and to continuously improve our activities. This commitment is formalized in our quality policy, here is an extract :

     " Since its creation in 2003, the transcriptome analysis platform has aimed to best meet the expectations of its customers through the implementation of robust and efficient technological, bioinformatics and statistical tools. The constant improvement of the quality and relevance of the tools makes it possible to offer solutions with high added value. Our ISO 9001 certification obtained and maintained since 2012 marks our willingness to offer a commitment to quality to our customers. The quality management system applies to all activities of the transcriptome platform. The Quality policy, challenges and objectives are reviewed annually and communicated to all members of the platform via meetings or any other available media. A lighter version is also available on our website. Within the framework of a quality approach in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard, in compliance with the applicable requirements, we commit ourselves and encourage, guide and support the members of the platform to carry out the continuous improvement and efficiency of our quality management system, and thus our organization. We are convinced that the quality approach based on the ISO 9001 standard is of mutual benefit to our platform and our customers. We are therefore committed to strongly supporting it in order to ensure the sustainability of our certification. "
