The bioinformatics platform
The IPS2 Bioinformatics Platform is a shared service designed to assist the institute’s researchers with their various bioinformatics analyses. We offer technical and methodological expertise.

The Bioinformatics Platform aims to ensure the quality and reproducibility of analyses and to provide relevant tools and methods.
The main missions of the Bioinformatics Platform:
