Quality on the platform
In order to better meet our customers' expectations and to give a quality guarantee to the sample processing and analysis processes, the Metabolism-Metabolome Platform has adopted a quality management system (QMS) based on ISO 9001 standards. This approach is part of the process:
- in the general policy of a quality approach recommended by the IBISA Charter covering research organisations in the life sciences.
- in order to optimise openness to the outside world and partnerships with public or private actors offering added value to the Platform.
- in a desire to comply with the general guidelines of international Management and Quality Systems (QMS) standards such as ISO 9001.
- The involvement of all platform members in this approach reflects our desire to satisfy the expectations of our employees and to continuously improve our activities. These commitments are formalized in a letter of intent by the members of the steering committee
