An example of a public-private partnership thesis at IPS2

In order to highlight and encourage partnership projects between its public research laboratories and the socio-economic world, the University of Paris-Saclay has produced a series of video interviews with some of its "Cifre" (Conventions industrielles de formation par la recherche) PhD students. Adrien Jugan, a PhD student at the Paris-Saclay Plant Institute (IPS2) in partnership with the seed company Cérience, made a short video to present his thesis project "Plant cover to promote soil microorganisms", as well as the day-to-day life of a PhD student at the interface between the public and private sectors.
