Saclay Plant Sciences (SPS) Summer School 2026
Long title An immersive training course in plant single cell RNAseq
In 2026, the Saclay Plant Sciences (SPS) network is organizing a summer school dedicated to single cell RNAseq (scRNAseq) approaches applied to plants. Over five days, doctoral and postdoctoral students will be able to learn about all stages of an scRNAseq project: experimental design, sample preparation, choice of protocols, bioinformatic analyses, and interpretation of results.
The summer school is coordinated by Bruno Guillotin from IPS2, and sessions, led by experts from IPS2, IJPB, VIB Ghent, and the Pasteur Institute, will highlight the specificities of plant models and help participants select the most relevant methods for their work. Limited to 20 participants, this international school will offer a privileged setting for exchanging ideas, asking questions, and deepening one's skills in plant scRNAseq.
